PAYMENT PROCESSING AND SECURITY
You may purchase from Pagan Art either through our ETSY store or directly from our website. If purchasing via ETSY you should check their own terms and conditions as ETSY process all payments.
The following applies to purchases via our website.
Our checkout page is PCI compliant and is passed securely.
You can choose to pay using most UK credit and debit cards or you can opt to use PayPal.
Our website payment processor for credit cards is SQUARE. You may if you prefer pay over the phone.
Please note we do NOT have acces to your card information and can not view your card details, this is held by our processing bank SQUARE.

RETURNS
in line with uk distance selling of goods the following applies to physical items purchased online from pagan art;
Items may be returned up to 14 days from receipt; The full cost will be refunded including any postage paid (if applicable);
If goods are received damaged the customer should contact PAGAN ART as soon as possible, providing images of both the damaged goods and the outer packaging:
Unwanted items must be returned in an undamaged saleable condition in the original packaging, PAGAN ART is unable to refund customers for goods returned in an unsaleable condition; PAGAN ART will refund the customer within seven days of receiving the returned item(s)

Please do not return. any item purchased through ETSY via this website, all such returns MUST be processed through ETSY.
