Customers email and address via our shop to enable processing of orders.
Email from our contact page to enable us to respond to customer requests.
Email for newsletter or direct marketing from PAGAN ART which the customer has signed up to, this would only be used by ourselves and the customer may opt out at any time.
Customer details of purchases made from PAGAN ART in compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
The Information we collect from you but do not retain.
Card payment details from telephone orders, once the payment has cleared we destroy payment information.
The information that may be collected by third parties

PAGAN ART uses Google Analytics to measure and improve its website performance, we do not however collect any individual customer information.
PAGAN ART uses social media including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter, and PAGAN ART may review data from social links and advertising to monitor its effectiveness, we do not however collect any personal information from site visitors.
Why we collect data
Any data we collect which is not directly associated with enabling us to fulfil purchase orders, such as Google Analytics or other marketing information is to enable us to promote our site and to help us effectively market ourselves. As a small business our resources are limited so therefore need to be used as effectively as possible. We do not however collect individual customer data and the information we do collect is only an overview which may include such information as how many visits there were to our site in a day, not who visited.
