SHIPPING

PAGAN ART ship items the day following your order.
We ship Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Orders received after 4pm on a Friday will ship the following Monday.
Saturday orders will ship Monday, Sunday orders will ship the following Tuesday.
Our processing time is usually 24 hours from order.
Some items require up to 72 hours to process, this is indicated in the listing.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact PAGAN ART.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions/shipping label with details on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If goods are received damaged, you should contact us as soon as possible, providing images of both the damaged goods and the outer packaging:

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned; this includes custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and digital downloadable items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Please contact us at PAGAN ART if you would like to exchange an item that you have purchased from us.
We will accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt. The same conditions apply as for returns; items must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union,
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
